This service is dedicated to supporting Bournemouth Citizens who are interested in, or already on, Direct Payments.
We will help you by providing you with:
- Information on any aspect of Direct Payments
- Support to get on to Direct Payments
- Support to employ people, such as Personal Assistants/Support workers using your Direct Payments
- Support to buy services from a Care Agency using your Direct Payments
- Help with keeping a record of how you spent your Direct Payments money and filling in the financial forms related to your Direct Payments required by Bournemouth Borough Council
- Advocacy around Direct Payments
Our support is free, impartial and confidential.
